Alien's Head (NGC 7000 and surroundings)
Just finished processing this summer Cygnus field — and could not help seeing an alien's head staring back.
The head itself is formed by NGC 7000 (the North America Nebula), IC 5070 (the Pelican Nebula) and IC 5068,
while the dark nebulae LDN 914, 933 and 935 make up the smoky black eyes.
And that brilliant star at the upper left of the head? That is Deneb, one corner of the Summer Triangle.
