Shop Policy

Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through the payment links on the Shop page, processed by a third-party payment provider (ECPay or NewebPay). This website does not collect or store any payment card information. For products without a payment link, or for custom orders, please contact me directly.

Prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) and include shipping within Taiwan's main island unless otherwise noted. For orders to Taiwan's outlying islands or overseas, please get in touch before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

• Physical products (fine-art prints, etc.) are shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made items may take longer; the lead time shown on each product page applies.
• Digital products are delivered by email as a download link, normally within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, you may rescind the contract for a distance sale within 7 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. The 7-day period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period — returned items must be in their brand-new, complete condition.

The following are not eligible for the 7-day rescission, as provided by the "Regulations Governing Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to the Rescission Right for Distance Sales":

• Digital products delivered online, once the download link has been provided with your prior consent; delivery is deemed complete once the link is provided;
• Custom-made products produced to your specification (e.g. custom-size prints).

To request a return, please contact me with your order details. Refunds are issued through the original payment channel; processing time depends on the payment provider and card issuer.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the damage and contact me within 7 days — I will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
