M13 Hercules Globular Cluster
The brightest globular cluster of the northern sky, at home in the mighty Hercules — a spring-and-summer favorite among stargazers. This image was taken with a 533MC one-shot-color camera on a 714mm focal length telescope, with 12 hours of exposure.
Do not let the small sensor fool you — zoom in and you can still count the cluster's stars one by one.
